800gr Salmon fillets with skin (approx. 200 gr. per person)
5Baby Gem lettuces (small Heads)
2cupsCups of Basmati Rice
½cupSpring Onions finely sliced
Few leaves of parsley (optional)
Teriyaki Sauce
½cupAgave Syrup
½cupSoy sauceglutenfree
1tbspFinely grated ginger
1tspGarlic paste
2tbspRice Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat Oven 200degC (fan)
Prepare the rice following the package instructions.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. reserve
For the teriyaki sauce place the maple syrup, soy sauce, grated ginger, and rice vinegar in a saucepan and simmer a low heat for around 5 minutes without the lid. Reserve
