Unfortunately, Cookbooks are available in PDF form only.

Once your purchase is successful, you will be redirected to a page to download a copy of the Cookbook.

We process orders every day (except weekends and UAE public holidays), however, a Successfully placed order will receive automatically a confirmation email with details about the purchase. 

If you don’t receive the email, please check the spam folder or contact us for confirmation hello@spiceupsoul.com

After the order was processed and is ready for distribution, the courier service QUIQUP will contact you through What’s App & SMS messages to schedule the delivery date. 

Please keep in mind, we don’t offer refunds or cancellations for our digital products as it is considered used immediately after the purchase. Regarding our Prints (posters) as we prepare every poster on demand, we can’t offer exchange, refunds, or cancelation after the purchase is done. 

If during delivery your product is damaged, please contact us immediately and send a photo to hello@spiceupsoul.com to let us know and we will assist you.
