The Anabolic Pesto is an easy-peasy recipe that, we wanted to share as we are always asked ; what recipe do you use as pre or post workout? It has been part of the local diet for centuries, where was used as food or with medicinal purposes. Fenugreek : is an annual plant cultivated worldwide. The leaves and seed are used for culinary purposes in many cultures, like Indian, Iranian, Egyptian and Georgian.
