in a small blender.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 2 tbsp Fenugreek Oil
  • 2-3 Green Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Salad

  • 4 Gem Lettuce head or lettuce of your choice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 tbsp pine nut
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Place all the solid ingredients on the blender, add water very slowly as needed blend until a smooth sauce is created, taste, adjust salt.
  • In a plate serve your favorite lettuce and spinach leaves, add avocado slices, and  drizzle with the anabolic pesto, add pine nuts if you desire, few drops of lemon is also great on top of the avocado.
  • Enjoy Immediately !
