Monsters Eyes is a fun, healthy, and easy recipe to prepare with the kids, you will need basically a lot of fruits, like lychees, grapes, and strawberries.

It can be prepared in advance and enjoyed anytime, even better if the weather is hot and you keep it in the fridge before serving, as will be a refreshing and juicy snack full of fun and flavor.

To prepare the strawberry coulis, please follow the RECIPE shared in a previous post.

I promised you, it is totally worth learning how to prepare this coulis because it can be used for many desserts and is a healthy and low-sugar option to add color and taste to classic genoise and Ice creams.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Lychees
  • 300 gr Fresh Grapes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the strawberry coulis, and let it cool completely.
  • Place the red grapes inside the lychees and with a brush add strawberry coulis around the lychees.
  • Keep the remaining strawberry coulis in the refrigerator to enjoy with ice cream or any other dessert.
