Add salt and spices. Mix well to coat very well the nuts with the spices.
Place the nuts in the baking tray or any ovenproof dish previously prepared with parchment paper, creating a single layer and leaving space between the nuts to have better results.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 120deg°C until golden brown, approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
Remove from the oven and let it cool on the baking tray or ovenproof dish.
You can store it at room temperature in a sterilized jar for several days.
