Wash, dry and spiralize the cucumbers
with your fingers or using a fork break the feta cheese, creating crumbs.
In a big plate, place a layer of spirelized cucumber, add a layer of feta crumbs, drizzle with olive oil , add 2 tbsp of za'atar , mix well all the ingredients.
add the remaining ingredients as topping for the salad, another layer of feta cheese, drizzle with more olive oil, add za'atar, pine nuts and the pomegranate seeds.
