Step by step guide : How to prepare Eggless cauliflower pizza crust at home with the kids, remember when the kids cook they are eager to try and eat their own creations !

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Grated Raw Cauliflower
  • 2 cups Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Egg Replacer (BobRedMill)
  • 1 tsp Dry herbs (oregano, thyme) (optional

Toppings

  • Bell Pepper Mix (green, Red, yellow)
  • slices Green Olives
  • slices of pepperoni
  • Tomato or Pizza Sauce
  • Grated Mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven 180degC. Prepare the baking tray or pizza tray for the oven with baking paper.
  • Grate the Cauliflower and reserve 2 cups. 
  • Prepare the egg replacer following the package instructions in this case we used : 2 tablespoons of egg replacer powder hydrated with 4 tablespoons of water, mix well.
  • Combine the grated cauliflower, 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese, the egg replacer, and 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast. (mix well)
  • Place the mixture on the baking tray, pressing to create a homogenous circular thin layer, (remove any chunk of cauliflower). Bake at 180°C for approx., 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, and remove from the oven.
  • Add your favorite tomato paste or pizza sauce, sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, slices of green olives, and pepperoni.
  • Bake again around 8 minutes, until the mozzarella cheese starts to melt and the borders of the crust look crunchy. Remove from the oven let it cool a little bit to make it easier to handle.

Egg Replacement or whole Egg ?

  • If your diet allows eggs, you can use 2 whole eggs for this recipe.
