Wash the Celery and apples
Finely chop the celery in slices and chop the green apple in squares.
In a bowl mix the chopped celery, green apples, and walnuts
Prepare the dressing mix the lactose-free cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, taste and adjust Salt and pepper.
Note: to prevent brownish on the green apples, add a few drops of lemon after cutting them. You can prepare the salad a few hours in advance and keep it on the fridge covered with cling film to avoid the cream becoming dry.
