Ingredients
  

  • 2 Raw Organic Zucchinis
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes half chopped
  • Basil leaves roughly chopped

Dressing

  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive oil as desire
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely chopped the zucchinis (spirals, slices or small cubes)
  • Mix the Zucchinis with the tomatoes

Dressing

  • Mix the lemon juice, olive oil as desired, salt and pepper to taste
  • Add the dressing to the zucchinis and tomatoes. Then add the basil leaves. combine all the ingredients very well.
