Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a pot at low-medium heat. cook until the fruit is very soft.
Remove from the heat and with a stand mixer, crushed until obtaining a puree. Strain to have a smooth sauce.
Refrigerate to cool completely. After cooling the sauce will thicken.
